Standard Shipping: $10 Australia-wide

Mixed Orders (Frozen Meals, Treats & Supplements):
If your order contains any frozen pet food products, the frozen pet food shipping policy will apply to the entire order.
This is because frozen meals require insulated packaging, ice packs, and temperature-controlled shipping to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition.
For example:
• Frozen meals only → $25 flat rate shipping (free over $150)
• Treats and supplements only → $10 standard shipping (free over $100)
• Frozen meals + treats → $25 flat rate shipping (free over $150)
• Frozen meals + supplements → $25 flat rate shipping (free over $150)

All Kulay products are lovingly handmade in Brisbane, Australia.
Please allow approximately 3–5 business days for order preparation and dispatch. During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

We love dogs !! We are a wife, husband and four fur babies team. Our beloved pooches (Hamish, Oscar, Cosmo, and Dougie) deserve (and receive) nothing but the best. Ruby (the canine cuisine creator) loves making delicious and nutritious (and entirely plant-based) treats for the pooches – helping our best friends live their best life. Brad’s expertise and experience as an Environmental Engineer helps guide our shared commitment to environmental sustainability and scientifically backed nutrition. The fur babies simply love eating Kulay – and a typical day will see all four eagerly waiting to fulfil their role as ‘taste testers’. All four are over 12 years old now, and absolutely thriving – thanks in no small part to our commitment to feeding them the best. As we say “the proof is in the pooping” 😊 We’ve taken our shared love of animals, nutrition and the planet and created something we are extremely proud of in Kulay.
